Our Vision

Confetti Cubs provides onsite, pop up childcare services designed to make gatherings more inclusive, relaxed, and enjoyable for everyone involved. We believe no one should have to choose between being present for an important event and meeting their child’s needs.

The idea for Confetti Cubs came directly from my own experience. After years of working both in childcare and a variety of event roles, I repeatedly witnessed the same challenge. Beautifully planned events where parents were overwhelmed, children were restless, and hosts were forced to decide between a child-free event and full attendance.

Confetti Cubs bridges that gap by offering flexible, onsite childcare that fits seamlessly into existing event venues. We create safe, engaging, child friendly spaces out of available rooms or secure areas within the venue, such as conference rooms, adjacent halls, or designated quiet spaces. Our team brings everything needed to support children comfortably, including age appropriate toys and games, pack and plays, portable play pens, cozy tents, and optional snacks. This allows children to stay nearby and cared for while adults are able to fully enjoy the event.

While Confetti Cubs began with my personal vision, it is built as a team centered business. We hire caregivers with real childcare experience who share a commitment to safety, attentiveness, and thoughtful care. Together, we support families, hosts, and children by creating environments where everyone feels considered and supported.

Proudly woman owned and Alaska based, Confetti Cubs is rooted in community and care. We believe local events are stronger when they support local families, and we are honored to be part of the moments that bring people together..
